Our services include antique furniture restoration, upholstery, leather repair, and related services. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your items and requirements
  • Cooperate with our staff during the assessment and restoration process
  • Review and approve any quotes or estimates before work begins
  • Make timely payment for services rendered
  • Collect your restored items within a reasonable timeframe after completion

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are subject to the following conditions:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified
  • Final prices may vary if additional damage or issues are discovered during the restoration process
  • We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that would exceed the original estimate
  • Quotes do not include unforeseen complications or additional materials not originally anticipated

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins on restoration projects exceeding $500
  • Full payment is due upon completion of work and before item collection
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Items will not be released until full payment is received
  • Returned checks may incur a $25 processing fee

5. Turnaround Time

While we make every effort to complete restoration projects in a timely manner, please note:

  • Estimated completion times are provided as estimates only, not guarantees
  • Complex restoration projects may require additional time for proper curing, drying, or special ordering of parts
  • We will keep you informed of any delays that may affect your project's timeline
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (material supply issues, etc.) do not constitute breach of agreement

6. Item Collection and Storage

Regarding the collection of restored items:

  • Restored items must be collected within 30 days of completion notification
  • Items remaining beyond 30 days may be subject to a storage fee of $5 per day
  • Items not collected within 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion
  • We are not responsible for damage to items left beyond the collection period

7. Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship with the following warranty provisions:

  • Our restoration work is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of completion
  • This warranty covers defects in our workmanship only
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by the customer, or pre-existing conditions
  • To request warranty service, please contact us within the warranty period

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for the loss of value due to the inherent age or fragility of antique items
  • Customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for valuable items

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Action Awning & Upholstery or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Changes to Terms
